ECONOMY OF MEANS
Each poster in a series prints as a single color. Poster two overprints poster one; poster three overprints poster two, resulting in darker, richer compound shapes and color blends. This cumulative application of color simulates offset lithography, a printing technique that applies different colored inks to a single sheet of paper in one pass through the printing press.
This concept was inspired by the voice. Recording my own saying each typeface, I was able to generate these soundwaves to construct dynamic wave lengths that become more dynamic as the layers of color and typography comes together as one.
